Lisa started her career after completing a 3 year qualification in beauty therapy level 3. Lisa was awarded therapist of the year and soon landed a job at a local salon that was opening up a skin care center. During her time at this salon she gained experience and her confidents grow. Dueing a well derivsed holiday to the canires she meet a company that was opning a unique spa in this lovely country and need a manager that could help set up the spa and get it running. As a single female still living at home she jumped at the job and spent 2 1/2 years, hard work aand very hot at times building the 4 * spa reputation that cateraterd for many know celebritys and holiday makers. On her return home she decided to open a home base salon as well as working full time. On her days off and evenings she would work in her studio, all her business would  come from word of mouth and her client base grow, as she got more busy she then topped up her training and product knowdge and offered new treatments. After lisa became a master therpist she decided to open her own salon. In 2006 Perfect 10 Nails & Beauty opened its doors in the heart of mid sussex. She has worked hard to build up the salon reputation, and now has a happy sussecfull business. At the same time as opening the salon lisa was appoched by a local college to come and help out with the students on the nail course, she got a lot of satafication teaching and offering advice to the point where she decided to completed her teaching qualification.

Lisa who is not one to stay still  is now opening here own training academy on the salon so she can offer the standard and education that is needed in the real world of a beauty/nail therapist. 

 

 

Sarah trained over 20yrs ago at one of London's Leading Colleges and finishing schools, Sarah went on to own and run a successful Bridal Business for many years, specialising in Bridal Makeup. In 2006 sarah was chosen out of many applicants to be part of the Daniel Sandler creative team to be based in the South East. (Daniel Sandler is one of the UK's most successful celebrity makeup artist based at the Urban Retreat Harrods) Sarah was trained by Daniel personally and as well as working on many celebrity shoots and having her work published she knows all the top makeup tips and trade secrets which she can pass on to you. Sarah has also trained by Jane Iredale "The skin care mineral makeup" and MAC. All products are available through her to purchase. Sarahs intensive training and experience has lead the way for her to be invited by various Newspapers and magazines to write about makeup and skin care and to travel around the country holding master classes and shows.
As a makeup expert She is also fully trained by Natural Enhancements as a permanent cosmetics technician ( a form of tattooing) offering reconstruction at my clinic in Sussex of eyebrows and eyelash enhancements for people who have suffered alopecia, cancer or for fellow woman who has sparse or over plucked eyebrows. Sarah is known for applying beautiful flawless makeup to enhance the Natural Beauty of all her clients, for she believe beauty and character are intrinsically linked.
